江苏芯缘半导体有限公司成立于2021年12月7日，是专业从事集成电路测试代工和设计服务的企业，总部坐落于江苏常州中欧检验检测产业园41栋，注册资本3亿人民币，厂房面积33000㎡，其中净化面积近15000㎡，一期投入8亿人民币，未来将持续投入，同时2024年规划设立西部（内江子公司）、华南（深圳子公司），服务区域更广。

The registeredcapital is 300 million RMB, with 33000m2 factory area and15000m2 purification area.The initial invest capital is 800 million RMB and we will continue to invest inthe future. We will set two subsidiary corporation in west and south China in2024.
