ITO Project Manager

Responsibilities：

• Oversee the daily management of data center team leaders and engineers across multiple locations

• Coordinate with local clients regarding security requirements, recruitment needs, attendance management, and technical issues

• Monitor and evaluate SLA performance across all ITO projects

• Assess team performance, work discipline, and compliance with defined KPI standards

• Manage attendance consolidation, leave management, shift scheduling, and monthly operational reporting

• Lead recruitment activities, which will be a primary responsibility during the initial project phase

Requirements：

• Strong communication skills with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism; able to work effectively under pressure

• Proficient in English or German and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

• Willingness to travel as required by the project

• Experience in project coordination, team management, or IT support is a strong advantage
